Privacy Policy

Effective June 1, 2026

Summary

Radar AI (the "Service") is a pipeline-intelligence platform operated by Radar AI, Inc. ("Radar," "we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Radar AI web platform, the Radar AI Chrome extension, and any related websites at goradarai.com.

The short version: we only process data you give us or explicitly push to us. We never sell your data. We do not use it to train third-party models. We hold what you push so you can work with it, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create a Radar workspace we collect your name, email, company, and a hashed password. If your firm uses single sign-on we receive the profile attributes your identity provider releases to us.

Data you push from LinkedIn via the extension

The Radar AI Chrome extension is the primary way data enters the Service. It runs only on linkedin.com and only when you explicitly click "Push to Radar" on a profile. When you push, the extension extracts and transmits:

The extension does not collect anything passively. No data leaves your browser unless you click Push.

Contact enrichment

When you ask Radar to unlock a contact's email or phone that LinkedIn does not display, we send the minimum identifying fields — name, current company, and LinkedIn profile URL — to licensed third-party enrichment providers (FullEnrich and Enformion) and store the verified contact details they return. This happens only when you explicitly request enrichment for a specific contact — never in bulk and never in the background.

Usage data

We collect diagnostic telemetry such as extension version, health-check timestamps, and push success/failure counts. This powers the green / amber / red status dot in the extension popup and lets us debug outages. We do not collect your LinkedIn browsing history.

Cookies and local storage

The Service stores your authenticated session token in browser storage (cookies on the web app, chrome.storage in the extension). No third-party analytics, ad trackers, or fingerprinting libraries are loaded.

How we use information

What we do NOT do

Sharing and service providers

We use a small set of vetted sub-processors to run the Service. Each is bound by contractual data-protection terms:

We disclose information only when required by law, to protect the Service against abuse, or with your explicit consent.

Your rights and controls

Workspace admins and individual users can, at any time:

EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection). California residents have rights under the CCPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@goradarai.com.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted on Railway's managed infrastructure. Session tokens are scoped per-device and revocable by the workspace admin.

The extension itself executes only code shipped inside the signed zip package; it does not load remote JavaScript at runtime.

Retention

We retain pushed contact records for as long as your workspace is active. If you delete your workspace, records are purged within 30 days. Aggregated anonymous telemetry may be retained longer for service health.

Children

Radar AI is built for professional outbound and recruiting workflows and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

International transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the US, you consent to your data being processed in the US under US privacy law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify workspace admins by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
